Kerry Blaser

Kerry Blaser is the author of My Inner Heroine: Exploring Feminine Pain, a powerful debut that weaves memoir, psychology, and spiritual insight into a journey of healing and feminine reclamation. With a background in East Asian Religious Studies and as a certified Reiki Master, Kerry brings a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to her storytelling.

Her book chronicles her path through childhood trauma, a life-altering suicide attempt, and ultimately, deep self-healing—guided by a series of male figures she dubs her “inner heroes,” including fire academy instructors, a former FBI agent, chess champion, and public figures like Justin Waller and Andrew Tate. Embracing the role of “Red Pill Shaman,” she draws from physics, psychology, and energy healing to explore how pain becomes a portal to personal power.

Kerry is currently in talks with a major studio for a film adaptation of her book.
