Lindsey Struck — Chief Handcraft Program Officer, Nest

Lindsey Struck, Nest’s Chief Handcraft Program Officer, brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit management and organizational capacity building. Her expertise spans nonprofit governance, process improvement, financial accountability, and social impact reporting, all aimed at strengthening the global handcraft sector.

Before joining Nest, Lindsey managed corporate social responsibility (CSR) engagement initiatives in Russia and served on the leadership team at Charity Navigator, where she advanced evaluation methodologies for financial health and nonprofit effectiveness. She has also consulted with Intentional Futures and GLG Social Impact, supporting NGOs and social impact leaders in developing evaluation frameworks and sustainable growth strategies.

Lindsey holds an M.A. in International Development and a B.A. in Communications from Duquesne University, along with certifications in Intercultural Relations and Program Strategy and Evaluation from Duquesne and Stanford University, respectively.

Her commitment to global impact extends beyond her professional roles. Lindsey has served on the boards of TIP Global Health and the Mary J. Heerdt Charitable Trust, and remains actively engaged in the NYC Sustained Global Impact Community of Practice and Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE-NYC).
