Andy Semotiuk is a seasoned immigration attorney, author, and former United Nations correspondent with a distinguished career spanning law, journalism, and public speaking. A member of the bars of New York, California, Ontario, and British Columbia, Andy has practiced immigration law for over 40 years, helping thousands navigate complex U.S. and Canadian immigration systems.

He’s the author of four books, including Solomea: Star of Opera’s Golden Age and A Promise Kept, and a former Forbes columnist whose articles have reached over a million readers. A Distinguished Toastmaster and former Toastmasters District 60 Administration Manager, Andy is also a former instructor at the University of British Columbia and a Fellow of the Ukrainian Catholic University.

Currently practicing with Pace Law Firm in Toronto, he brings a unique blend of legal expertise, storytelling, and global perspective to every conversation.
