00 [SPEAKER_00]: listeners of the randomness and nothing podcast. [SPEAKER_00]: This message in this episode is going to be very important to listen to because everybody can relate to this man's story, but he took the bull by the horn so to speak when it came to taking to the next level. [SPEAKER_00]: Anybody's ever experienced burnout, self doubt, and had those moments where they really need to figure out how they wanted to navigate that side hustle, that business. [SPEAKER_00]: If you want to hear this from Zahid Muhammad, because both a wonderful online company that helps people with their e-commerce stores and online [SPEAKER_01]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_01]: Thanks a shout for the intro and thanks for having me. [SPEAKER_00]: That's thank you for being on the show as well too. [SPEAKER_00]: I love your story because I think a lot of people can relate but you acted on it unlike a lot of people and you're here now to give your expertise to others when it comes to their Shopify websites food strapping those late nights by yourself and here you are on my show.

50 [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_01]: Pleasure to be here and I'm I'm excited to share my story as well. [SPEAKER_01]: So, um, [SPEAKER_01]: It was end of 2018 when I realized that I, I don't enjoy, you know, like any more that I work for other people, I think that was the biggest realization I had at that time and essentially I was looking for a way out and I realized, okay, I want to work for myself, so I think this was the, the biggest realization and I left my full time job without knowing what I was wanted to do with my life, so the next step [SPEAKER_01]: learning how to make money because obviously I needed you know like stream of income. [SPEAKER_01]: So my first out was Amazon FBA I learned how to make money from Amazon FBA but made my first 10k after struggling for approximately a year and from that point on everything changed I became confident I launched multiple stores I also you know like transition to other platforms like Shopify [SPEAKER_01]: I was able to scale up my stores to seven plus figures and, you know, like this has been an amazing journey so from that point on, you know, like I moved on, I became online cellar online entrepreneur now iron concier, which is a globally commercial agency plus an education coaching and consenting platform as well, so we basically teach nine to five people common people to build an online business with AI, which Shopify, this is exactly what we look like.

13 [SPEAKER_01]: And we basically share, you know, like the practical strategies, we share AI tools, we do regular meetups. [SPEAKER_01]: So we have now approximately 51,000 people in our community that we are helping, we are growing and you know, like it's a lot more fun now. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: So just for to scale back a bit because I know that there's terms and things like maybe people aren't aware of what is an Amazon [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so Amazon is a platform like everyone knows it's a marketplace we buy on Amazon, but there is other side as well where we can be a seller as well. [SPEAKER_01]: So Amazon has a program which called full-filled by Amazon FPA. [SPEAKER_01]: Where Amazon gives you an option to build a store on their platform.

56 [SPEAKER_01]: Plus what you could do is you can sell products, you know, like you can do marketing. [SPEAKER_01]: And Amazon takes care of your delivery, full-fillment, shipment, and everything. [SPEAKER_01]: So that means you become a part of their marketplace. [SPEAKER_01]: And this is a great platform in my opinion. [SPEAKER_01]: And then of course Shopify is also another, you know, like one of the biggest players in the market, I like Shopify as well because you can do Rob shipping there without buying any inventory without any investment. [SPEAKER_01]: But Amazon is more like, you know, like a traditional online marketplace where you get access to millions of customers who are already on the platform. [SPEAKER_01]: So that is how I got started. [SPEAKER_01]: Um, so I, you know, like, I build a store and then I imported power wires, I put on their platform and I started selling and I think this was, you know, my stock.

43 [SPEAKER_00]: So you hear so many success stories sometimes and people get inundated with the commercials in between YouTube, right? [SPEAKER_00]: Like I started my own on store and obviously I'm talking to a real-life person, you know, that that's really doing this for a living. [SPEAKER_00]: Somebody who wants to do that, what are items that they think they should select because, [SPEAKER_00]: it's such a crowded space and you're trying to get into that, that, that niche in that foothold to be an online seller. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean like there is a lot of noise there because like you you see on YouTube or on Instagram, you know like people flashing, you know like expensive cars, [SPEAKER_01]: Telling, you know, like other people, they got it in the first week from, you know, like, he commercials that doesn't happen, you know, like in reality.

25 [SPEAKER_01]: I have been doing it for like more than seven years now. [SPEAKER_01]: I have been in this industry in this game. [SPEAKER_01]: So you want me to understand, you know, like the riches are in niches. [SPEAKER_01]: That means you want to sell orders are, you know, like, [SPEAKER_01]: that are having good demand, less compilation and they solve small problems. [SPEAKER_01]: And if you can figure out these kind of niches, you can build a good brand around those niches, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So I think after you figure out like which products you want to sell online, and then it is like a matter of how good you can market them. [SPEAKER_01]: And you know, like building a business online is like not different from offline business, you know, like you have all the risks as well.

06 [SPEAKER_01]: You have, you know, like, [SPEAKER_01]: also issues on a regular basis, but I think that is the best part of being on your own that you want to navigate through those challenges, learn and basically make money. [SPEAKER_01]: So, people for your listeners, people who want to get into this, I think Amazon FPs, a good business model if you can invest some money, it takes anywhere between 20 to 20, 25,000 dollars, at least to launch a really good product with like [SPEAKER_01]: good inventory, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So, because you want to become a professional seller, where I'm talking about people who are to see this as a career. [SPEAKER_01]: On the other side, on top shipping, which Shopify, you can basically start with zero investment, because you don't need to buy any products.

48 [SPEAKER_01]: What you can do is you can tap different products, you can figure out what is working, and then from that, from there, basically you can scale up. [SPEAKER_01]: So, we have both business models. [SPEAKER_01]: I teach both business models. [SPEAKER_01]: I like both business models. [SPEAKER_01]: I like both business models. [SPEAKER_01]: It depends, you know, like how much risk you can take and, you know, like how you want to grow, you want to ride on the back of, you know, like a platform, which is like Amazon FBA, which is, you know, like huge audience, people are already there. [SPEAKER_01]: They can buy your products or you want to use a platform to build your own online store, which is awesome. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, a lot of times when people are thinking about, like, on selling online, getting in the e-commerce business, there's also multiple things that you're dealing with because you're dealing with people's money.

30 [SPEAKER_00]: You deal with when it comes to returns, you're dealing with products that were damaged and transit. [SPEAKER_00]: All the things that, you know, somebody who's coming from scratch may just say, well, as long as they order it, click and buy. [SPEAKER_00]: The transaction is taking place when in fact there's a I don't want to say ugly process, but there's a back end to that and sometimes a lot of people are maybe ill prepared for because that can cut it to your margins process returns of credit cards charge back things of that nature so can you get into the nuances of somebody navigating that when it comes to all of those small things to not catch somebody off guard. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think these are great questions and these are valid questions. [SPEAKER_01]: So fortunately, we live in the era where we can, you know, like use platforms, we can use apps, we can use AI tools, and basically we can automate everything.

13 [SPEAKER_01]: So I, I, I'll break it down, you know, like into a real life example. [SPEAKER_01]: So let's say someone who is not having, you know, like any technical background or a business background wants to start an online store. [SPEAKER_01]: So the first step could be, you know, like basically. [SPEAKER_01]: going to shopify.com, basically making an account register and then shopify gives you an option to integrate all these things so that you don't need to take care of, you know, like the payments because these are built in, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So these all platforms, payment providers, they are built in and shopify also gives you an option to integrate a lot of suppliers as well. [SPEAKER_01]: These suppliers can take care of your delivery, fulfilment, shipment and if they are in only refunds, you can also work with them. [SPEAKER_01]: So fortunately, we have these things figured out already.

56 [SPEAKER_01]: Because we live in an era where people are building small businesses without any knowledge, without any technical experience, without technical background or without any having any business background. [SPEAKER_01]: So thanks to platforms like Shopify, then we have AI tools as well. [SPEAKER_01]: We can automate a lot of these things, but then even if we can do that, there is still, you know, like the question here is why not everyone is becoming successful, right? [SPEAKER_01]: My people need their jobs. [SPEAKER_01]: I think the biggest challenge here is which products you want to sell, you know, like how you want to find these best selling products. [SPEAKER_01]: How to learn, you know, like which platforms you use for marketing and even if you know which platforms, how you how to optimize ads, you know, how to basically build a business build a brand.

38 [SPEAKER_01]: And I think like the challenges are the same for this core business. [SPEAKER_01]: And I think this is exactly what you need to learn. [SPEAKER_01]: And you have to go through the process where you [SPEAKER_01]: will do you know like mistakes as well. [SPEAKER_01]: But if you stay in this game long enough eventually you are going to be successful. [SPEAKER_01]: So this is exactly what we teach. [SPEAKER_01]: We have our community as I mentioned 51,000 people on different platforms. [SPEAKER_01]: We do meet up on a regular basis also on meetup.com and some other platforms. [SPEAKER_01]: to be basically each of these people, how to build an online business and how to build basically a store. [SPEAKER_01]: So for your audience, we can also drop the links for all the, you know, special media channels so that they can check and also put a lot of content on my YouTube channel where people can basically learn from our mistakes like.

22 [SPEAKER_01]: So as I mentioned, you know, it has been more than seven years and it things took time. [SPEAKER_01]: So it was not, you know, like a [SPEAKER_01]: I would say you have you know like difficult times you have to navigate through the challenges and I think like Networking with like minded people who did it already. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that is the best thing So because then you can see you know like real people real examples Okay, so this guy left his job and then he's making money and then he's teaching other people as well and we have you know like hundreds of examples like people who [SPEAKER_01]: never launched a business before. [SPEAKER_01]: They are basically able to make money with AI which Shopify would Amazon FBA drop shipping. [SPEAKER_01]: And we teach only these business models and I see like there are tons of other business models as well.

06 [SPEAKER_01]: So I think in my opinion if you have a little bit of you know like courage, a little bit of you know like motivation you can actually build easily 10 deciding on top of your full-time job with AI with Shopify or the Amazon FBA. [SPEAKER_00]: I think the beauty of the market that we live in right now is that information is more accessible and then it's ever been and also be people as well too because they're posting YouTube videos or doing podcasts, you know, you have it at the access of your phone. [SPEAKER_00]: It's just, you're willing to put the time into it. [SPEAKER_00]: So now I want to talk if you're okay, but about the specifics of growing consulate. [SPEAKER_00]: So you do this on your own. [SPEAKER_00]: First of all, that's a huge leap of faith. [SPEAKER_00]: You took just being able to walk away. [SPEAKER_00]: Wasn't right away you knew that you were going to be an online seller or did you have to navigate some other different things in between that was really it two questions.

52 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm happy to talk about Consey as well before we go into that. [SPEAKER_01]: I think I knew after a left my full-time job, I knew that I wanted to be in digital space because I was very fascinated by, you know, like other people who were making money online. [SPEAKER_01]: They were traveling around the world. [SPEAKER_01]: They were in charge of their own schedule. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that was the most fascinating thing. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And I knew at that time, I don't want to start something which is location dependent and I have to go to an office or this kind of thing. [SPEAKER_01]: And I give an example that I built a lifestyle business, I built a lifestyle business around my schedule. [SPEAKER_01]: And I was able to travel a lot. [SPEAKER_01]: So I still have this freedom that because I don't, I'm not dependent, I'm not married to a location because it's all digital.

38 [SPEAKER_01]: So I'm free to move around. [SPEAKER_01]: And I think this was the best thing. [SPEAKER_01]: This is really a good freedom, you know. [SPEAKER_01]: And now coming back to the other point, which is consi, like building consi. [SPEAKER_01]: So this evolved basically to, I think like this has been a long journey. [SPEAKER_01]: So after I started you know, like learning selling so the first year was very tough. [SPEAKER_01]: I was working alone, you know, like I. [SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have like the freedom to hire other people so it was basically myself working from my living room basically you know like struggling so it took me some time approximately a year until my first product picked up and it started making me 10k every single month and from that point on you know like I decided okay I want to you know like invest more money I set up a company and then I took an office as well you know like and just a normal office for myself in a coworking space.

28 [SPEAKER_01]: And then I went all in, you know, like, and consia, the idea of, you know, like, basically consia came along, because we first of first we, what whatever we did is with consia, we built a different software small applications for e-commerce analyst. [SPEAKER_01]: And then we realized like people who were using our applications, they were also having other issues like they didn't know how to market, they didn't know how to wait like get store design and I have people already and basically I utilize the same people who work on my stores, you know like to provide these services. [SPEAKER_01]: And then eventually you know like we converted the whole company into you know like an education coaching, consulting platform.

08 [SPEAKER_01]: where we basically get a teach, you know, like other people, line to five people, how to build an online business? [SPEAKER_01]: Doesn't matter if you have money or if you don't have money. [SPEAKER_01]: You can work with us, why? [SPEAKER_01]: Because we have a lot of content which is free anyway. [SPEAKER_01]: So, and we do this content because we also understand like they are one percent people, you know, like working with us, they are basically paying for the, you know, like 99 percent people. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's because [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think like we and also we live in the age where we have so another point that you mentioned here. [SPEAKER_01]: So the AI has been around for, you know, like a lot of years, but it was not accessible to common people.

49 [SPEAKER_01]: True, because not like a lot of AI tools which are either very cheap or they are free. [SPEAKER_01]: So a common person can basically get access and then he can basically, you know, like use the tool and basically build a business. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that is the, I think this is something which is [SPEAKER_01]: which is a huge transformation how the question these two yeah yeah so I think like these tools gave nine to five people access to launch a business without even leaving their full time jobs working on the weekends you know like working after you know like job hours and I think that is the best of doing it because I understand people have families and also people [SPEAKER_01]: a paycheck without knowing, you know, like what exactly is working and what exactly is not working and I think that is okay.

42 [SPEAKER_01]: So you can build a second stream of income, third stream of income, fourth stream of income and we are moving towards, you know, like a time where we will have multiple sources because it is basically the requirement, it's not just, you know, like a luxury. [SPEAKER_01]: Everything is expensive, you know, like you are so the job that was secure once is not secure anymore. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, like a working arrangement where we have multiple jobs or the based on our circumstances, we want to work in different times, only we want to live in different kinds of things. [SPEAKER_01]: Of course, we want to have different jobs. [SPEAKER_00]: And I think, like, you know, and the consumers are expecting you to, you know, it's weird.

23 [SPEAKER_00]: We live in a digital era, but at the same time, people don't like to talk to digital AI chat bots. [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's weird, right? [SPEAKER_00]: So, like, you orders something from Amazon, and you [SPEAKER_00]: 99% of time you never have to talk to Amazon, but the one time you actually want to talk to Amazon, you don't want to talk to the AI chat bot on your phone and you want to get a person. [SPEAKER_00]: But to your point, your consumer is expecting you to be accessible at all times, up at all times, process your email request and be in cater around their schedule of when things are happening and as a potential entrepreneur, you know, the writings on the wall when it comes to somebody who's employed right now that [SPEAKER_00]: You do have to get out of your comfort zone of your own skill set to survive in this new era we're living. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, definitely 100% and that is why I tell people, you know, like, so spend your weekends, you know, it can be a lot of fun as well.

09 [SPEAKER_01]: So just play around with those tools because your comfort zone is, you know, like, it's just 9 to 5. [SPEAKER_01]: And the jobs are, you know, like even more risky than the business is because just that era is over where you used to work 30 years of life with a single employer and you would retire. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it doesn't exist anymore because, you know, like so a typical organization is going through a lot of changes and eventually eventually let thousands and thousands of people go because they simply either cannot afford them. [SPEAKER_01]: That is the reason why people now need to understand before it is, you know, like too late and you image it, you know, like get an email from your HR and they tell you, you know, like your services are no more required because we are implementing a UAI system that is going to do your job.

01 [SPEAKER_01]: So of course, we cannot replace all the jobs. [SPEAKER_01]: I think this is not like something I see it happening, but even like if 30 to 40% people lose their job, which is highly likely, and I think this is happening already. [SPEAKER_01]: You'll have a bigger problem, people. [SPEAKER_01]: So imagine someone who worked at a company for 20 years, immediately he is back in the job market. [SPEAKER_01]: And his 20 years of experience is not valid anymore because everything is changed, you know? [SPEAKER_01]: And there are millions and millions of other people in the job market as well, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So you are in a situation where you have to start from scratch, and that is why I teach people, you know, like, doesn't matter you do drop shipping or Amazon FBA, or you sell a digital service, or you do affiliate market.

48 [SPEAKER_01]: do something, you know. [SPEAKER_01]: So utilize some hours of your time, play around with these AI tools, digital tools, understand, you know, like what is happening in the industry. [SPEAKER_01]: And then make some money online. [SPEAKER_01]: And I give a simple example here. [SPEAKER_01]: So my life changed after I paid my first 10k online and from that point, the first 100k and then you know, like the first 7th figure as well. [SPEAKER_01]: So, right, right, right. [SPEAKER_01]: After you, after you, you know, like, you make your first 10k, what exactly you get. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's not going to change, you know, like a lot of things because it's not a lot of money, but I think like the thing that you get is your confidence because then [SPEAKER_01]: then you understand okay so you can make money on your own and then if you make your 100k and I give a classical example after you sell you know like a million dollar worth of you know like products or services online or ads or services or software whatever you are unimployable because you are never going to go back to your friend.

46 [SPEAKER_00]: because you're like, hold on, wait a minute, wait a minute, all those hours paid off. [SPEAKER_00]: And there's nothing that somebody could put in front of me that's gonna replicate what I just accomplished, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So like, yeah, I mean, there are many jobs who can be 50k a month. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, no, there's not that's a select view, trust me. [SPEAKER_00]: That's for that. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that is why I, you know, they're are, you know, like, not many people, you know, like, [SPEAKER_01]: We are making that much money. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, we here big headlines, you know, like two million three million But think of this like all yeah small companies small people, you know, like one person business No employees no office, you know like having Yeah No business all the product business, you know like taking home 50 60 k after, you know, like all the extent Yeah Yeah [SPEAKER_00]: The thing is about it too is what's fascinating is, again, you see a lot of things that are flashed in front of your phone and sometimes you just skip because because number one it doesn't seem real.

46 [SPEAKER_00]: Number two, they kind of fast forward it because you'll see like, oh, the fancy car with the 20 year old in it that figured that dropped out of high school. [SPEAKER_00]: You're like, [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's a unicorn or that's not real. [SPEAKER_00]: But having said all that, this is a space that's lucrative. [SPEAKER_00]: And there are people generally making a living off of this. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Because there are millions of people, you know, like, because they, and they're not selling anything. [SPEAKER_01]: And most of them, they don't even need to be on, you know, like Instagram or on you people. [SPEAKER_01]: a guy who is having like two kids, a wife, he wanted to work on his own schedule, he's making that much money for the figure they are living, you know like a comfortable life, he's happy doing that, you know like he may never hire you know like other people or he may never work from an office, but he's done for his life because Exactly.

34 [SPEAKER_01]: So what exactly he figured out he figured out how to make money. [SPEAKER_01]: And these are very, I must say like, this is exactly the direction that we are taking, this is exactly where we are heading, I think that is the future. [SPEAKER_00]: And I, well, you know, it's funny, I always think of the story of eBay, right, because, you know, I can't, the name of the person that started, it escapes me, but basically he put like a pen online, he was computer staff, software guy, and always, he was an immigrant, it means living in the US. [SPEAKER_00]: and he created his first online auction system and he went to bed and then next, you know, he just expected this pen to sell for whatever and then all of a sudden he got like an offer for like 2500 bucks and the guy was like, you know, this is just like a pen but then the guy who messaged him was like, yeah, I'm a pen collector and this is something that I really, and then like the light bulb went off in the guy's head from he created eBay, like, wait a minute, there's a there there and all it took was that one, you know, lightning in a bottle moment, so to speak, [SPEAKER_00]: So what was it like opening up your international location?

36 [SPEAKER_00]: Because you have one that's in Germany as well too. [SPEAKER_00]: What was it like expanding internationally? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so a great question. [SPEAKER_01]: I so like the biggest e-commerce market is the U.S. market without any question. [SPEAKER_01]: You know like it's it's we are most of the trade e-commerce like especially either Amazon or FBA or Shopify drop shipping that happens and [SPEAKER_01]: You know, like we have been ever since I started, I have been present in this market, right? [SPEAKER_01]: So even without living there, you know, like, or, you know, so basically, I think I'm still blessed to, you know, like decide where I want to live and I decide depending upon, you know, the weather, the different times of the year, you know, like a keep changing multiplication and I think that's what I enjoy.

22 [SPEAKER_01]: But I think this [SPEAKER_01]: So it helps if you are in the same time zone, it helps if you can work with like minded people and it's just like the ecosystem. [SPEAKER_01]: So I think it's all about like growth, expansion, I love the US markets, the scale of it, the speed of it. [SPEAKER_01]: No other market can compete with this market. [SPEAKER_01]: I took a DC in OK, so we want to have, you know, like, an office location in Miami, and I think that was the best to see it. [SPEAKER_00]: Beautiful. [SPEAKER_00]: What's amazing is, too, is that contrary to popular opinion, that everybody lives in a proud urban downtown, district, most of the population is not lived.

09 [SPEAKER_00]: 80% of the population lives in a rural area that's not condensed to be very small. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's a lot of untapped markets in the United States of America, contrary to popular belief. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and I mean, like I talk to because I'm a very, I'm very committed driven. [SPEAKER_01]: I build a community. [SPEAKER_01]: I talk to people every single day, almost, you know, like sometimes we have a webinar or sometimes people call. [SPEAKER_01]: And I talk to, you know, like normal people, you know, like they never used any AI to or, you know, like they have been. [SPEAKER_01]: In a nine to five job with the government agency or you know like with the school or in a hospital and suddenly they realize okay it's getting you know like tougher and tougher because of inflation and other things as well and the technology or people are afraid and they suddenly you know like start okay so what is next right and I think [SPEAKER_01]: Even though, you know, like it's as compared to other markets, it's very developed, but there is a lot of, you know, like, untapped market and this is exactly, you know, like, why we want to help.

12 [SPEAKER_01]: This is exactly why we have come see that we want to teach people, doesn't matter whatever your goal is. [SPEAKER_01]: Even if you make, you know, like a couple of hundred dollars from the side watching some of our webinars, we are happy because we are contributing back. [SPEAKER_01]: And on the other side, we have some very successful students as well who are making, you know, like a couple of millions as well, I think, and then when I be called people are learning and this is exactly, you know, like why we are also investing all the resources, basically growing the communities and you know, like giving back and to be honest in the end, it is a win win. [SPEAKER_01]: I always tell people when they ask me, you know, like, why you do it, why you create free content and tell them, you know, like there are 1% of people from the same community, they pay for your content right in that.

00 [SPEAKER_01]: So it's a beauty of you know, like the system and yeah, so I think that is why I. [SPEAKER_01]: I opened up another location. [SPEAKER_00]: That's amazing. [SPEAKER_00]: And also to, you know, this is helping the next generation of, let's say, that 16, 17 year old kid who only knows digital, who only knows life of YouTube and Amazon, you know, you and I are of age where we saw computers like when they first became home-based and then they became tablets, right? [SPEAKER_00]: This is all they know. [SPEAKER_00]: So now you're telling them, hey, what you use as a fun toy can be a lucrative career [SPEAKER_00]: because you're already using digital 24 hours a day, any. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, I mean, like so I think like now entrepreneurship is synonymous with digital, because I think that's a great point like these, you know, like 16, 17 years old kid, when they think about starting a business, it is, you know, like without any doubt, it's a digital business, right?

56 [SPEAKER_00]: That question. [SPEAKER_01]: I think like that is the beauty. [SPEAKER_01]: So we consume so much social media, you know, like we are on the social media all the time, [SPEAKER_01]: Why not use the same social media like for making money? [SPEAKER_01]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so you are having any main Instagram, right? [SPEAKER_01]: A Facebook account. [SPEAKER_01]: Why not use the same platform to sell your products or to sell your service, you know? [SPEAKER_01]: So this is exactly what we teach, what we do as well. [SPEAKER_01]: So either it is a service or a product. [SPEAKER_01]: that we sell. [SPEAKER_01]: It goes via social media and I think again so I'll go back thanks to AI I think anyone can now build a business that can make him at least 10 key every single month.

38 [SPEAKER_01]: It's just staying consistent understanding learning because it's [SPEAKER_01]: Sometimes we can also have a misunderstanding. [SPEAKER_01]: They come to my webinars and they ask me okay They thought they would write a prompt inside chat, GPT okay build me a business that can make $10,000 and then they don't have to do anything and I sell them like Maybe you get to that point Within a couple of years or a couple of decades, but now [SPEAKER_00]: Right. [SPEAKER_01]: For get about this, rather you ask, Shadjipit, your blog, how I can make my first 10k, give me the tools and perform specific tasks for me. [SPEAKER_01]: And I think that is already a great contribution from the AI side. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think that we live it's funny because if you order food for example, cooking the food didn't get any shorter but ordering it became a lot quicker, which you still have to put in the work to cook the food, right?

29 [SPEAKER_00]: It still has to be at 350 degrees and may still need to cook for an hour or a half, but that button you press has suddenly that transaction is suddenly short and you're thought of how long something actually takes. [SPEAKER_00]: So even though you can say, oh, there's an online business, AI isn't going to, you know, ultimately get you to that endpoint. [SPEAKER_00]: You're still going to have to maybe get the product shipped to your house. [SPEAKER_00]: You're still going to have to get the SEO, the ads, the people who are going to try what you're selling. [SPEAKER_00]: And then to your point that niche to be able to do research and consumer research and all those little nuances that you can't skip over to be having successful online platform. [SPEAKER_01]: 100% you know, there is always a I put it this way. [SPEAKER_01]: There is always a human being in the loop with AI.

10 [SPEAKER_01]: So keep that human being in the loop until you come to you know, like a point where in maybe in a couple of years where AI is autonomous. [SPEAKER_01]: those people who can invest their time, learn this. [SPEAKER_01]: I think it's already a great service that this tool is doing, you know, like providing 70, 80% of doing 70, 80% of work. [SPEAKER_01]: I give all this, you know, like a clear example when I started [SPEAKER_01]: We used to get video production, you know, like videos for our products, and approximately the budget to make one good video was 6, 7k.

54 [SPEAKER_01]: Why? [SPEAKER_01]: Because we needed a good model. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, like a camera operator, all this kind of thing good quality. [SPEAKER_01]: Now, you know, like with Higgs field AI or even with, you know, like some other AI tools that you have in the market. [SPEAKER_01]: you have you know like 20 30 dollar subscription or you buy a couple of credits and then you can render the same quantity video, you know, this is already a great service right, but you still have to write those prompts, you still have to tell the system what exactly you need and the system is going to render high quality video for you and I think the intelligent people are now learning how to use these AI tools and basically how to make one line. [SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, it's set up the process and then again, the same toys that are your tools now.

36 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the same toys that you think are just for your fun, the person in the background is like, wait a minute, this is an opportunity to be successful with. [SPEAKER_00]: You guys just aren't using this correctly. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's the difference between the entrepreneur and the guy who's having fun or that person's having fun. [SPEAKER_00]: How did you think of the name, Kanzi, if I could ask? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so Kong Zia, so I think it's also very much related to, you know, like intelligence, it is a well thought name as I mentioned, we started with the different apps so these apps were providing. [SPEAKER_01]: For example, small features like the build first app which was an integrator of all other social media apps where people could provide customers service are unified.

17 [SPEAKER_01]: So, CON comes from a conversation and then we had [SPEAKER_01]: I, with the, with the motivation at that time that intelligence is going to be artificial. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, then I put, yeah, and I think I also share because I'm a bootstrap to a founder. [SPEAKER_01]: I always keep my cost low and I realized if I put Z in between, I can get a domain name, which is, you know, like very cheap, like, and all that I, smooth, smooth. [SPEAKER_01]: It's easy to pronounce, you know, like it's easy to write, it's easy to remember, and that is how, you know, like, so we get to that name, and which is true, by the way, intelligence is our artificial.

02 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's looks like maybe it's something historical or maybe it's a translation of like an ancient Latin or Greek term when you find something kind of cool. [SPEAKER_00]: Because I've done that with like a couple different, you know, people have interviewed them like, oh, man, this was really like something referencing. [SPEAKER_00]: They pulled up, so I was like, we have kind of positive right now. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's simple state forward and it's, you know, like it's cheap. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's a cheap thing now it is going to be expensive. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, like if you leave it because people know, you know, like so we have all ready to come and move now. [SPEAKER_01]: So no, I mean, I think it's one of the also the early days when you keep your cost low because you are a bootstrapped in business person and I think like, [SPEAKER_01]: I'm always a big believer of the real value that I'm providing.

49 [SPEAKER_01]: I'm a big believer of the real content. [SPEAKER_01]: Not just the cosmetics, you know, like you can do later on. [SPEAKER_01]: So now, you know, like loveable is such a big company, but now they bought the domain loveable.com, you know, because they didn't even care. [SPEAKER_01]: So, and I think like if you as long as you are providing a good set of ways, you are providing a good part of the keeping your customers happy. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that is the, that is the essential thing. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that, you know, one of the reasons I created this show was to talk to people like yourself because the first step to doing something successful is to start. [SPEAKER_00]: In the second step, once you start is to make those mistakes. [SPEAKER_00]: And in the third step is to reach out to people and paraphrasing, obviously, that have done it before and have already had, you know, [SPEAKER_00]: success and you've been able to do that because you had those light nights alone where you were trying to figure it out.

40 [SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes people only see the pretty picture, but they're not willing to see the canvas and the paint all over the floor so it's to get to the pretty picture. [SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of mess in between before that portrait is on the wall and you've done that very well. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much. [SPEAKER_01]: I think like this is important for people to understand, you know, [SPEAKER_01]: And it is, it is, after you become successful. [SPEAKER_01]: But I think there are a lot of years and it depends, you know, like, now with AI, we hear, you know, like, news company becoming, you know, like a unique on within a couple of months. [SPEAKER_01]: It is, we live in this age. [SPEAKER_01]: This is really impossible. [SPEAKER_01]: But your question.

21 [SPEAKER_01]: And if you send people, you know, like, they go through a struggle, they never get to, you know, like a unique constructors, but they are happy, you know, like, what they are doing. [SPEAKER_01]: I represent that class, you know, like, because I come from that class, you know, like small businesses, boot shared businesses, you know, like building products, building services, staying in the game, you know, like working hard, keeping cost low, you know, like providing value and I think that is the best part. [SPEAKER_01]: I think you cannot be an entrepreneur. [SPEAKER_01]: If you, um, if you don't have, you know, like a capacity to go through the whole phase, you know, like to the [SPEAKER_01]: to go through the whole process and I think eventually you will succeed if you have the capability and the capacity to go through this process and to be honest here so things change all the time so there is so much technology there are so many things changing changing now [SPEAKER_01]: You need to build multiple companies, multiple businesses if you want to stay in this game or even if you have just one company You have to keep it trading all the time because there are new friends coming so you are kind of building all the time You know Yeah, it's almost like anybody who's like a sports analogy, you better always be working on your game, right?

29 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you have to When I think in the end, it's not just you know like the physical effort here, you have to mentally You have to be mentally very tough [SPEAKER_01]: You have to be rough and tough person so that you can take the all the pressure, you know, because it's a lot of pressure in the end as well and I think like there are also some great aspects of being in charge of your own, you know, like time and I think that that is the best thing and of course, you know, like in the end after you become successful you're going to make a lot more money, you know, like then you're full time job because you you understand this, you know, like how to grow yourself. [SPEAKER_01]: how to grow your company and I think basically the control of the things and I think that is why I got into this.

13 [SPEAKER_00]: And that's why you're willing to share it with each other, too. [SPEAKER_00]: Just briefly, working people finds a hidden home, it constantly, clearly they don't need my show, but for the purpose of the audience listening. [SPEAKER_01]: So the starting point is concier.concier.concier.com, so everything starts there, you will see my podcast there, my company is there, my brand is there. [SPEAKER_01]: I also run a YouTube channel, they're building the YouTube community. [SPEAKER_01]: If you type on YouTube, concier, you will find my channel. [SPEAKER_01]: We have a lot of people folks as well following us on LinkedIn. [SPEAKER_01]: I can drop my LinkedIn profile for your audience here.

54 [SPEAKER_01]: There is one. [SPEAKER_01]: We conduct our meetups in 16 cities in the US almost all the cities. [SPEAKER_01]: We have virtual meetups. [SPEAKER_01]: You can join. [SPEAKER_01]: You can come to any of our meetups. [SPEAKER_01]: You can learn whatever we do, whatever we teach. [SPEAKER_01]: without being a singer. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I can't thank you enough because the fact that you're willing to share this information to people shows that what's possible when you put the work in. [SPEAKER_00]: And I remember just yesterday I was watching Arnold Schwarzenegger from his bodybuilding career and he's like, you have to go to the gym when you don't want to, right? [SPEAKER_00]: To get to be the bodybuilding champion. [SPEAKER_00]: and you put in the work even when they didn't seem like this was ever going to work itself out but because you stuck with it, you navigate at those tough situations and that's what this show is all about.

38 [SPEAKER_00]: It's for people to stick it out and be able to see and do the things that you're doing right now and I'm very grateful for you sharing. [SPEAKER_01]: Definitely, I am happy to be here. [SPEAKER_01]: I think I will conclude this. [SPEAKER_01]: We all may have to be really, really addicted to what you are doing. [SPEAKER_01]: Like in the positive sense. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: You know what you have just mentioned. [SPEAKER_01]: not every day, you know, like a great day, but you have to go through the rainy days as well. [SPEAKER_01]: So, and you have to enjoy this and have this conviction and belief that if you stay in this game long enough, it is going to work because that is a law of nature. [SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely. [SPEAKER_00]: And so, he will have it. [SPEAKER_00]: I can't thank you enough for being on the rant of us about the podcast and I look forward to talking to you again soon.

21 [SPEAKER_01]: It's great pleasure, Rasha, thanks for having me, and all the best, whatever you are doing, you're doing a great job. [SPEAKER_01]: Keep it sharp. [SPEAKER_01]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, you know, like, you know, like I said, it's been a pleasure and all the best. [SPEAKER_00]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm pleasure.
