Art Serna Jr. is a nonprofit leader, community advocate, and strategist with more than 20 years of experience serving children, families, and underserved communities. He has held leadership roles across education, public service, and mission-driven organizations, including Teach For America, AmeriCorps initiatives, and family services programs in Texas and Oklahoma.
Most recently, he served as CEO of City on a Hill in Milwaukee, where he led efforts focused on youth development, family wellness, healthcare access, and neighborhood revitalization. Art is passionate about building strong communities, developing future leaders, and creating innovative solutions that help people and neighborhoods thrive.
