Maria Micha

Maria Micha is an accomplished psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and spiritual practitioner with nearly three decades of clinical international experience. Professionally trained in both the United Kingdom and the United States, her career spans work with individuals, couples, families, and organizations across the UK, USA, Greece, and Singapore. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University (USA) and advanced training in Systemic and Family Therapy as well as Adlerian Theory from City University (UK).

Throughout her career, Maria has dedicated herself to helping clients move past temporary coping mechanisms into deep, sustainable life transformations. She is the creator of the Anagenesis Method™, a unique integrative therapeutic framework that bridges the gap between traditional clinical psychology and profound spiritual wisdom. By simultaneously engaging the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, body memory, and intuitive healing, her methodology effectively addresses early childhood relational wounds, limiting belief structures, and generational trauma.
